Derrick Handspike, CEO of Down South Entertainment Empire and CEO of EntertainmentRWe.com, is a 25 year music industry veteran. He also authored and published the Bobby Brown biography The Truth, The Whole Truth, and Nothing But....… and the Power of Love: The Andre Rison Story That Remembers The Late Lisa Left-Eye Lopes. He has been the driving force behind the success of major hip hop groups and R&B recording artists.

Yusef Hoard, COO of Down South Entertainment Empire and co-owner of EntertainmentRWe.com, is the long standing business partner of Derrick Handspike. He is also CTO for both Down South Entertainment Empire and EntertainmentRWe.com. Yusef has made his successes consulting with some of the largest National Telecom and Engineering companies in the Metro Atlanta area for the last 20 years. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering.

Tore' Bowman , Executive V.P. of Operations. Tore’s has had numerous years in the entertainment industry. Tore’ has experience in management, writing and producing. Tore’ has the creative ability to turn a simple idea into a major creation. Tore’ has also dealt in all aspects of the entertainment industry to include but not limited to music, movies, and television.

Joseph Lovett, He is a strategic business partner of EntertainmentRWe.com. He is a respected entrepreneur and successful real estate guru. Mr. Lovett also has experienced success in the entertainment world.

Quinton Arnold, He is currently an Operations Manager for EntertainmentRWe.com. He has 14 years experience in the automotive industry, 11 years in the logistics indusrty, and now he is successfully making his way into the entertaiment industry gaining meaningful experience in the areas film production, event planning, and live music concert promotions.

Tarsa ‘Brick’ Hawkins, Tarsa broke into the business in 2009 as a production assistant in Atlanta when she went to work for her friend, veteran producer Derrick Handspike. According to Tarsa, Handspike took the ambitious young woman under his wing and has since become an even closer friend and confidant. A native of San Diego, CA, Tarsa graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Physics and Mathematics. After working for a few years in Atlanta as a CEO on various projects, and before working with EntertainmentRWE.com, Tarsa began a year stint as a producer for Xtra Point Films on a new show, "Dream Girls of Atlanta," which is one of the first reality shows of its kind. She fell in love with the entertainment business. A far cry from her degrees and background, Tarsa finally understood the meaning of loving what you do!

Carey "C Love” Merritt , He has an extensive background and experience in the world of entertainment, from TV to movies to playing a variety of instruments and singing. He is apart of the management team, “The Big Ten”, for EntertainmentRWe.com. He is also responsible for marketing and promoting the site.

Dexter Tucker, Brother of comedian Chris Tucker. He is an Actor, Comedian, Producer, Writer and Comedy Booking Agent from Decatur, GA. This is a mere sampling of adjectives to describe a man with so many talents. Dexter Tucker’s hilarious and charming comedy style has granted him respect and created a huge demand for him on the comedy circuit in Atlanta and abroad. He has starring roles in movies such as “Black Men Can Swim”, “Playa in the Pulpit”, and “Treasure in the Hood”. He has graced the stage in an inspirational play “If You Don’t Tell, I Won’t Tell”, starring Don “DC Curry” and Gary “Lil G” Jenkins (SILK). “Money Talk”, “So Fresh & So Clean”, and “My Big Phat Hiphop Family” are a list of Dexter’s featured movies roles. Dexter has entertained the comedy stage throughout the U.S. such as The Comedy Union in Los Angeles, The Miami Improv Comedy Club, Atlanta’s Uptown Comedy Corner and Punchline Comedy Club and Birmingham’s Stardome Comedy Club just to name a few.

Reggie Thomas, Reggie began in the entertainment industry producing and marketing his own artist in the Atlanta area. Reggie relocated to the Los Angeles suburb of Santa Monica, CA. Reggie began procuring independent record labels for the infamous Danny Sims and Danny’s company Anansi Record Distribution. Reggie quickly procured deals for Cool Cats Entertainment, an Oakland, CA company with the artist “Goldy”, formerly of Too Shorts Dangerous Crew, Outhouse Entertainment of Atlanta, GA with the artist “Whip”, and Hood Records of New York, NY and the artist “Ranell.” Reggie's experience provided label management as he began to operate all the record labels’ day-to-day functions as he consulted with the label owners. In early 1998, Reggie became the V.P./General Manager for Kingpin Records, a division of U-Neek Entertainment owned by D.J. U-Neek, producer of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. Reggie began by coordinating a 10 city, 15 radio station, 150 retail store tour throughout the Southeastern region to promote the company’s first single, “We Come 2 Serve ‘Em.” Through Reggie and his team’s efforts and consultation, the single entered both the “Bubbling Under” and “Hot Rap Singles” charts in Billboard Magazine, simultaneously becoming the first record he would chart. Reggie continued to broker entertainment deals while on the West coast, procuring a recording contract for Riverside, CA male group “Top Knoch” with “O.G.” Mike Conception at Grand Jury Entertainment. Reggie also remained creative as he produced, edited, and arranged a DVD for Gene Griffin, manager of hit super 90’s group “Guy,”. Reggie is also very proud to work with Hip-Hop Icons, SALT N PEPA. Reggie is currently in talks with a Major Automobile company for SNP to become spokespersons and do a series of campaigns around new FORD vehicles. Reggie is also in talks with a major hair giant to produce a line of hair for the SNP brand as the girls SALT and PEPA have pioneered many urban hairstyles. Reggie is also looking for commercial and/or endorsement opportunities for Robin Thicke, New Kids On The Block, Jennifer Hudson, Jordan Sparks, and Paula Patton as well. Reggie, with business partner Darryl Perry, just procured a 3 album deal for JAGGED EDGE with SLIP N SLIDE RECORDS.
